Can you create a portrait from just a photograph?

Yes. I specialise in transforming client photographs into bespoke house portraits. Just one clear photo of your property is all I need to create a one-of-a-kind painting. But additional images - taken close up or at different angles - will help me capture architectural details, textures, and the unique character of the building.

  • Photo quality: A high‑resolution image is ideal and will result in a more accurate painting, but I can work from older or slightly imperfect photos in some cases.
  • Personalisation: Specific details can either be emphasised or left out, at your request. For example, I can paint your favourite flower in full bloom, while removing the satellite dish.
  • Multiple photos: If you don't have a single photo that includes the whole property, I can work from multiple photo references, combining them to create a fuller, more balanced portrait.
  • Digital to physical: Your digital photograph is transformed into a piece of physical hand-painted artwork.

    Do you ship artwork outside the UK?

    Yes. I offer international shipping so clients worldwide can enjoy bespoke house portraits. Simply send me your commission request and we will discuss the delivery options available.

    Can I request specific details to be included in the painting?

    • Architectural details: Specific windows, doors, or decorative elements can be emphasised.
    • Personal memories: If you’d like a certain tree, car, or family detail added, I can weave it into the composition.
    • Stylistic choices: You can request a particular mood — for example, a sunny summer day or a cosy winter scene.
    • Multiple references: If you have more than one photo, I can combine them to capture the details you care about most.
